The Original Deaerating Heater Tray Enclosure was built in 1967. It was replaced by Pemco Design Service due to numerous cracks and excessive bowing in the stainless steel side sheets. This project (in both photos) consisted of replacing the entire tray enclosure (including grating) and with the addition of a new tray hold down rod system, replacing the hold down troughs, which exist in Deaerating Heaters prior to 1969.
We also included side angle stiffeners to prevent side sheets from bowing. Unit was shipped in sections as shown.
